I used to be such a granola junkie pre paleo! I have bought some grain free granola to sprinkle on cereal but haven’t tried my own recipe yet. Gluten free is a must for me because I’m sensitive to it. Looks like a great recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Crunchy Almond Butter
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chîps
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanîlla Extract
  • 1 scoops Proteîn Powder (Vanîlla)
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 tsp Cînnamon, Ground



INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat kitchen appliance to 325F and spray a baking sheet with cookery spray or line it with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat. Set aside.
  2. In a tiny pan over medium-low heat, add almond butter and honey, stirring till the almond butter is thawed and absolutely combined with the honey.
  3. Stir in flavoring.
  4. Remove from heat and add oats, macromolecule powder, flax, cinnamon and salt.
  5. Mix well and use a spatula to confirm that every one of the oats square measure well coated.
  6. Spread the cold cereal mixture over a baking sheet, going as several clusters as you would like, and bake for eight minutes.
  7. Stir and bake for an additional eight minutes, or till gently golden.
  8. Let cool utterly before adding chocolate chips and transferring to a storage instrumentation.
